Our service works a lot differently than a traditional listing service in that we help you save thousands of dollars. By listing your home through our flat fee listing service you will automatically cancel out the listing side of the commission. For example, if you list through a traditional agency you will pay out approximately 5-6% of the total selling price. When you list through us your property you will decide how much you want to compensate an agent who brings you a buyer to purchases your home. If a buyer purchases your home without the help of an agent you pay no commission. All we charge is flat fee to list your home into MLS which feeds thousands of real estate sites and search engines, post your property on all of the TOP social Medias such as Twitter, Face book, & Linked In and create a custom FLYER and HTML code for you to use anywhere you see fit!

WE ENTER INTO MLS YOU SELL!
Our process is simple. We will provide you, the seller, with a listing agreement that allows you to keep your For Sale by Owner status and enables you to get your home listed on the MLS and partner sites. In addition, we feature all our listings on Realtor.com and Boston.com so you get maximum exposure at no extra charge.
We will work to provide you with all the home selling essentials that will make it easy for you to secure a deal. We don't just list your home for a flat fee we give you the support required to keep your efforts organized. Selling isn't as easy as it seems. We make sure your look like a professional.
Once you decide if listing through STERLING ENTRY ONLY our flat fee listing service is for you; we will send you our Listing Agreements and the MA Mandatory Licensee-Consumer Relationship Disclosure. You may also contact us any time via phone or email, 7 days per week to ask questions.
